You probably won’t have any issues with the product as they are very dependable. The one PC that I had fail after a power outage was taken care of on site at no charge in a timely manor.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I never received my purchase. I am attempting to get a refund but I am getting a complete and total runaround from YOU! I am tired of hearing about your excellent customer service because there does not appear to be any.

The warranty gives me peace of mind
Too new to use yet. I have purchased this warranty with all my HP workstations and only used it for advice once. The workstations have been the most relaible and stable machines of all the computers I have owned for the last 25 years. It is peace of mind to have the warranty in case of a future issue.

HP - HP 5 Yr Next Business Day Onsite Warranty
A bit early in the process to rate the warranty itself. However, I found the registration process to be ridiculous in this day and age. I purchased my desktop and warranty at the same time. Simply connect the 2 at time of purchase and that should be all. Why should one re-enter all of the information on the desktop and submit a receipt which HP already has! I bought it from HP... One also needs to check the HP dashboard in "3-4 weeks" to see if it successfully processed. Also, this needs to be done in the first 90 days from the purchase date. If you don't realize this needs to be done or perhaps miss or not get their email (as in my case), you're out of luck. Not a great start. I hope the actual warranty service is good... we will see.

My warranty is expiring on a device I can't use.
HP will not take back the product I purchased but was never able to use. This warranty is just expiring on my device while the border is closed thanks to COVID.
