Design Jet T210 is a support disaster
I am forced into buying this package because the Designjet T210 that I bought about a year ago has a "Lack of support history" should never have been allowed to exist. The problem is with the Driver Package. The proper driver for this printer need a driver package that is misnamed. Also There seems to be only one tech in your Printer support location in India who knows how to properly install the misnamed driver.
So I believe that if I wanted to buy a new desktop and install the T210 on it, I would be in for a big mess. You can check my records with the support department. The latest conversion to a new Desktop took me several days and a lot of wasted time. I am not a satisfied customer
