Order experience, so-so; ruined vacation.
No problem placing phone order. System came as advertised. HOWEVER, problems changing delivery date of system. Unable to put delivery on vacation hold due to shipper only being able to do that. Had to cancel a brief vacation so I could securely retrieve the box. As I am totally blind, I had to have my partner drive me all the way from New Hampshire back to my house near Boston, some 100 miles away. Also, almost lost money on a motel room due to cancellation of reservation.
