Looks and feels good... but has glitches
It took HP 3 weeks to build and deliver. No issues. They loaded an older version of Windows 10 which MS said the computer wasn't yet ready to upgrade to version 2004. No issues. However, the computer hibernates every 30 minutes or so. I lost $$$ in a transaction that got aborted due to the hibernation. And while it is super fast, it still has some glitches. And HP is not really helping out. They should for a $10,000 computer. I cannot recommend this computer to anybody as it functions right now. HP needs to wake up and listen and provide a better customer service.

My New Z Book Laptop
So far I love the Z Book Laptop and the service that I received was excellent. However, the one item that I found out was if there are any issues that need addressed the service is outsourced to either India or the Philippines which makes it difficult as you can hardly understand due the language barriers. The second is the fact there are no American Tech Support assistants here in the United States that you can talk to when need be. I prefer to work with an American since I am dealing with an American company. Other than this the laptop is fantastic. There is nothing against foreign nationals, it is just the language barriers. If at all possible, can you send me a contact name and phone number of a Terch Support here in the United States?

So far so good....
Only have had four about 3-4 weeks. Of course setting up a new business computer is always time consuming - but having pumped up this machine to a I9 with 32 gig memory- and a separate video card really clips along. I always have 4 to 5 fairly large software programs running and this machine is up to the task.

I will always purchase this with my HP laptops
I will Always purchase the Hardware Support with my HP laptops. My Computers get handled a lot. Previous HP computers I have had this service on are still operating. HP has lived up to their promise. I have recommended to many of my friends.
