HP Website Is WRONG
HP sold me this service pack and when I tried to activate it, they then said that it was not for my machine. The website listed my specific model number as one that the Service Pack was designed for. They then told me I could either cancel the purchase and get my money back, or not cancel it and not be able to use it.

HAPPY CAMPER
I purchased the care pack to cover my purchase above the standard warranty for my new HP 9025e series printer that is working fine. I have had trouble with multiple replacement (refurbished units) and my faith has been restored in HP product's, since someone with authority stepped in and saw my frustration and replaced my product to my satisfaction.

Care pack hard to find and access
I don't know how to access the HP Care Pack. The extended warranty is called Care Pack. It is a stupid name for extended warranty. it was hard to find on the web site to buy it also. Now I don't know how to access it.......

expensive printer. However, it is cheap looking.
Cheap looking. Requires long downliading from the web for the drives. Monitor too small to read any text. Ink expensive. I have several hp printers. Yhis new one has a lot to be desired. I wish i could return it.
