Well" I don't see how I can lose on the ADP offer. It is there if I need it and if I don't HP Will refund it. I like the thought of having the protection but being refunded if not used is a rare deal.

Care Pack support not easy.
Care Pack support was difficult to deal with. the chat person was not helpful, she gave me what was supposed the direct number to support which of course was just a general automated helpline. I got transferred ok to support and they have supposedly now given me the direct number. I still did not get my issue resolved but they at least gave me something to try.
