You Need This Warranty
It's a good thing I bought this for my previous laptop because I dropped it & the screen cracked. HP repaired it fast with virtually no effort on my part. Of course, I bought it again with my current laptop.

Never received the warranty certificate email
Despite three or four phone calls and chat sessions - and multiple promises it would be sent - I never received the email with the warranty certificate. I'm going to try again today, but one should not have to beg for something like this that I paid for.
If it was possible I'd put zero stars since there is nothing to review.

So far so good!
So far I have been extremely happy and impressed with HP customer service and their ability to help me. No problems, and they have made the experience very quick and painless. Had an exchange due to a questionable display. They helped me resolve the issue without a hitch. New computer is rockin’!

Sold me WRONG warranty
Bought laptop from HP.com Store and purchased the warranty while ordering. Working with Tech Support they informed me the website sold me the wrong warranty. They refunded the money and no longer have a warranty.

If laptop screen replaced under ADP suppose in future any other accidental damage occurs in the same year, then that another accidental damage can be fixed under ADP or not ?
