Rated 2 out of 5 by Paul_W from Had to fight to prove warranty still inforce! I had to make several phone calls over a few weeks before HP would honor their 3-yr warranty. My sales receipt said 3/3/0 on it. The label HP themselves put on the bottom of my ZBook said 3/3/0, but their database had bad information and they kept denying my claim. After a few hours on the phone and sending several undeniable proofs of warranty, they sent me my return box. It is beyond ridiculous that I had to fight tooth and nail to prove the warranty was valid. The only reason I gave HP two stars is because the last couple folks I spoke with truly were helpful and fought for me against their database’s lie. This was HP ELITE support too, but their warranty department has left such bad experience in my mind that I may have bought my last HP.

On an Elitebook 850 G8 is this in addition to the 1 year new product warranty?
