Which is a pathetic statement from them since the laptop was defective on their part to begin with. Got the guy squared away on that and a case #. Aaannnd…never heard from anyone again. Spent hours on mult calls and being punted around. Returned it. Still awaiting my refund. Epic fail, HP.
