Rated 4 out of 5 by Deeks from HP products still working good for me. I bought this a month ago. Had a pro series that lasted 2 years and thought it was time for another. Paid almost double for this, wish I had known they took away the insert key, I use it a lot. There is a workaround using function e, but now involves two key instead of one. Also would have been nice to provide an adapter as it only has one standard usb and two min c ports. Other than that, good computer.

Searching for care, there are several different options with the identical title and description but with vastly different prices. HP Customer Support recommended the most expensive one but couldn't tell me any difference in applicability, coverage, or if/how they were different. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
