The decline of HP
Sadly, after signing up for this warranty package, it turned out that HP did not have the parts in stock to fix my NEW computer. I’m completely disappointed with HP service as well as their products.… Something is wrong that they could have so many problems.

Worst Customer Service with supervisor refusing
Negative response until HP returns my calls Regarding the failure of sales staff to help me make a purchase of a Z book. The situation was a business emergency situation with the need for is the book replacement as soon as possible put the staff refused to provide me any guidance and ability to expedite the purchase of Z book.
