The purchasing experience left something to be desired. I had my device's serial number, I filled out all the required fields, and the HP website told me it couldn't find a coverage plan. On the first try it couldn't find my device type! I had to wait for the internal alert to pop up on my device again in order to get to a place to find a coverage extension plan and purchase it.
