Great Value Given the Cost to Repair or Replace
Awesome value when you consider the cost of repairing and/or replacing a computer. I consider it a valuable "insurance" policy.

Does not stand by warranty
Paid for extended warranty. After firs day device would not boot up. Called HP Support and they said they would have a technician contact me within 24 hours. That was over a week ago and still no technician and I have a very expressive paperweight - waiting for repair and/or replacement.

Horrible time registering my warranty
I have been working for almost a month to get my warranty registered. I called and the voicemail was full. Then I emailed, and they had the wrong warranty for the serial number I provided of my product. Then, they took 19 days off my warranty when they registered it, and when they tried fixing it, it went back to showing that my warranty was expired, when I bought a 3 year warranty on 11/27/22. I can only reach them by email, at srg@hp.com and they still haven't registered the correct warranty on the correct product. Now I am waiting for a response after sending an email to escalate it, and no response.
