POOR QUALITY CONTROL
This product arrived with a small broken piece of plastic on one corner. The piece was so small that it was almost unnoticeable. The missing piece caused the printer to not only not print, but no troubleshooting could detect the problem.

Ink replacement for laser printer
Great ink for my all-in-one printer. Very easy installation that took less then 60 seconds to install. The only reason that I gave 4-star review. Is that their products for this Laser printer are way too overpriced. I recommend the experience ...I'm neutral on the product.

Do not waste your money
My MFP printer worked great very happy. HP toner was expensive so I tried the off brands. Printer still worked great. Then one day HP can out with update. I installed it and the printer no longer worked properly. It was suggested that I spend the money on the more expensive HP toner, and it will work once again, Well here I am with $500,00+ worth of HP toner and the printer still works like crap. Yes I tried the uninstall and reinstall stuff.

Does HP W2100x, W2101X, W2102X and W2103X have a chip in them?
The toner cartridges do have chips in them that help the printer properly recognize and help maintain the cartridge through various functions.

Is this the toner for HP 3001dw?
The HP LaserJet Pro 3001dn can use the 138A or 138X. The 138A is the standard yield which is good for up to 1500. The 138X is the high yield and good for up to 4000 pages.
