All this paperwork for a toner? At the end of a year, what % of good customer suggestions are given compared with total sales in each area reviewed? I just wonder if the assessments are worth it to you?

Hard to beat HP quality, but could on value
The toner shopped promptly and arrived in good fashion. You cannot beat HP toner on quality and color, only price.
While i am no fan of their remaining toner detection as it appears to signal way too soon resulting in reduced cost savings, increased waste, and ultimately loss of value.
HP toner quality is surpurb but priced at a point that gives opportunity to their competitors. HP should do better to bring grester value tovtge consumer.

Wrong Cartridges
These were ordered in error, a RMA issued and rep got a new order placed with the correct items. This was on Dec 19. Jan 6 I get a email that my card was credited and my order was cancelled. Called in to find out what happened but Rep couldn't find the reason for the cancellation so she's kind enough to replace the order, verify that the cartridges are correct and proceed with the process. I'm hoping to receive the order in a few days. I don't understand what happened & I have the transcript that took place on Dec. 19 with me having to pay only the difference of the order since a 3 pk of color is not offered for my printer and had to be ordered individually. I'll be more careful when ordering toner in the future. I hope that this circumstance of cancelling my order is looked into so that it doesn't happen again.

Return Credits??
Always high quality ink! I have purchased from several different suppliers and nothing compares to HP's quality---which is why I have continued to order fromt them for 12 years now. The only thing I'd recommend them start is a points system for returning empty cartridges. Yes, they provide a shipping lable but we spend good money on purchasing their ink cartridges--the least they can do is give us credit for returing them.
