You are not allowed to change the delivery address once you put in your address, so if you are not home, they will keep attempting to deliver it to your house during business hours. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with UPS and HP to try to get it re-routed to the local UPS store. The HP customer service was quite good and they were very nice and receptive. I would buy again.
