Doesn’t work for Tabloid Printing
Horrible purchase that I had to return, it did not work as advertised. It does not do duplex printing for 11 x 17. Wasted time and money trying, and they don’t have a small business enterprise option available.

HP is not the great company it once was
I didn’t purchase it. It was the second replacement unit I received and it was a totally unnecessary replacement. Nothing was wrong with the unit it replaced, which I told your representatives. But, they wouldn’t listen to me. The problem? Your app. In total I spent 42 hours on the phone with your tech support personnel. HP is not the great company it once was. That’s sad.

What is the next business day hardware exchange? I am replacing a printer that burned out in about a year, but I exceeded its recommended duty cycle, so that's probably on me. Also, the Instant Ink for a year is at what level? I currently have 300 pp/mo.
