From past experience in dealing with ACER computers. How long before a rep. picks up the phone? How long for tech support? Do you provide a direct line into a case worker with little or no waiting? If a computer breaks human to human is a must!
Is the Care Pack a true warranty extension -- all coverage in the original warranty over a longer time? The description never says it is. Instead it talks about accidental damage coverage, which is much less.
If I don't buy this till right before it says I am able to (Computer says I have till 12/21/2022 to buy) will it start the day I buy it or the day I bought the computer?
Does this two year warranty extend after the one year warranty or is it really a one year warranty because it overlaps the standard warranty? Does the special code HPSA33 take off of the price shown or is $167.99 the final cost of the warranty?
I"m concerned about the wording "Accidental Damage Protection". Do they mean that I would be purchasing service only after accidental damage has happened to my computer?
I have Four HP 34" Envy All-In-Ones. One is at each of my homes. Can you cover all four of them? One is in Texas, one in New York, one in Costa Rica, and one in Colorado. Thanks
