I ordered an HP all in one, at first I was really impressed with the monitor but noticed there was one single letter on the key board that did not work. When I inquired about it I was told by customer support I either needed to send the entire computer back or pay for another key board. A brand new computer! Support did not resolve my issue by telling me to send the entire computer back not just the keyboard or to buy my own keyboard. I was very unpleased with this experience.

Windows 11 seems to be kind of weird and will take some learning to get used to its particular quirks. I currently can't find the control panel but right now that is a minor problem. The installed program icons do not appear on the desktop. Otherwise, everything appears to be quite abnormal from what I was used to seeing and using from my desktop.

Is this the Total Tech Support renewal that includes WebRoot & data back up?

I am concerned about software issues and the graphics cards installed. The last computer had a leak from the video card and was not taken care of by best buy. I want ot make sure that HP would replace the card or the computer if there is an issue.

If I purchase an extended warranty, when does it start, if I still have time left on my original one year purchase warranty, would a 2 year extended warranty be good for 24 months plus any time that remains on the original warrany?

The HP Care Packs are not extensions. The coverage starts the day of the PC purchase. As an example this HP 2-year Accidental Damage Protection Plus 3-day Onsite Desktop Service includes Accidental Damage protection. Accidental Damage is not covered via the standard HP warranty.
