While I haven't used this warranty yet or hope that I won't have to, it's very reassuring that it's there just in case I need it. I have purchased other longer term warranties from HP in the past & they have always done a great job fixing my computer. I highly recommend their care pack warranties for either 3 or 1 year. Their repair techs are excellent!

The computer is four years old but I felt I need and extra year of warranty and help if needed during the upcoming year. I worked with an HP representative and he help me work my way through this process AFTER helping me resolve a problem. He asked the question about extending the warranty and I made the decision to go ahead with the extension. I had a sense of confidence in him and now I have a sense of confidence in that my computer will be covered during the upcoming year. Thank you.

If my warranty expired lets say a couple months ago if I buy this will it cover it I need a laptop repair I'm just worried if I buy this I wont get one..
