Not legitimate product! Not what I expect from HP
This was not what zi thought I was ordering. I thought Iveas extending warranty, not ordering repair parts. When I realized what was ordered Inimmediateky called to cancel. After being tossed from person to person I was finally told it had been over an hour and could and could not cancel. Why would I want repair parts???sounds like a scam. Don't fall for it!!!

Confusing and unhelpful
I bought the warranty two weeks ago but my assistant still says I have no warranty. But to talk to someone I have to buy a warranty. Really, people, what?
I can't imagine buying another HP computer, or recommending one to anyone. Getting support is impossible.

if I purchase the warranty.. will it be 1 year good on the date I purchase or 1 year on original expiration. This is very misleading. please clarify for all.

when did my warranty expire? What is my serial number?

If this App is not available, the serial number can be found on the bottom of the laptop as well. Take that serial number to https://support.hp.com/us-en and your warranty status can be determined there.
