They took my S/N and payment. Why does this take so long? Its just paperwork/data, nothing needs to be shipped.

I've purchased CarePacks for my family's laptops for a number of years and in the infrequent occasion when I have had to use the service, it has been outstanding. The only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is that purchasing and activating one takes a bit of effort. After that, they are completely worth it!
