What is the HP Pays Your PTA program?

HP Pays Your PTA is an easy online fundraiser for school parent teacher organizations across the country. A school's parent teacher organization representatives can complete an online form via hp.com/pta to receive a toolkit with a unique link for HP Instant Ink enrollment to be shared with fellow parents and the broader community. For each Instant Ink signup, with plans starting at $0.99 per month, HP will donate $10 to the school’s parent teacher organization.. The five schools who raise the most will receive a match from HP (up to $2,000) and in total, HP will be funding up to $3,000,000 in donations through this initiative.
 

How can my school participate?

A school's parent teacher organization lead or representative can sign up at hp.com/pta to initiate the fundraiser for your school. Upon registration, they’ll receive their school’s unique link for Instant Ink enrollments and a toolkit that includes a promotional email and flyer to help get the word out.

 

How do you track my school’s progress?

The school's parent teacher organization lead from your school will receive access to a dashboard that's updated weekly. It tracks the number of Instant Ink enrollments for your school and how much the fundraiser has raised to date.
 

What are the dates of the program?

You can register for HP Pays your PTA from September 3rd through to January 31st , 2022. Unique links for Instant Ink enrollments received upon registration will be active for 60 days. Visit pta.hp.com for more details.
 

What is HP Instant Ink?

Instant Ink is HP's hassle-free, money-saving ink subscription service. Plans start at $0.99 a month and covers ink, shipping, and a prepaid recycling. With HP Instant Ink, you will receive ink when your printer runs low, not every month. Your printer notifies us when it's low and we will ship ink to you so you always have ink when you need it.   5. Change or cancel anytime: ​Change or cancel your plan at any time online. If you decide to cancel your HP Instant Ink plan you can go back to using HP original Standard or XL cartridges. Plan upgrades are effective immediately and the charges will be applied retrospectively or in the next billing cycle, depending on user choice.   8. Rollover plan pages: Rollover allows unused pages in a month to be placed in a rollover account and then applied to pages in excess of your monthly allowance. The rollover account balance is limited to a maximum of two times your monthly service plan pages on Toner plans and three times your monthly service plan pages on Ink plans (Toner example: you can roll over up to 100 pages if you are on the 50-page plan. Ink example: you can roll over up to 150 pages if you are enrolled in a 50-page plan).
