HP Appoints Two New Leaders to HP Services Executive Team

PALO ALTO, Calif., Jan. 16, 2007

HP today announced that it has named two industry leaders to join HP Services.

Onagh Ash will serve as senior vice president of HP Services’ Consulting and Integration unit, and Bob Pryor has been named senior vice president of Global Business Development. Both will report to John McCain, senior vice president and general manager of HP Services.

Ash, a technology industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, most recently led the professional services unit of HP Software. Prior to joining HP, Ash was a senior vice president with Mercury Interactive, where she led the effort to build and rejuvenate the company’s global services and support offerings. HP acquired Mercury Interactive in November 2006.

Before Mercury, Ash spent five years as a managing partner at BearingPoint, where she played a major role in building communications/utilities and SAP practices. Ash also has held a variety of senior leadership roles in sales and services at SAP America, Oracle Corp. and Indus International. Ash will transition to her new role and officially begin with Consulting and Integration on Feb. 1.

Pryor is a seasoned professional services executive who has held numerous leadership positions within the services industry over the past 20 years. He joins HP from Capgemini, where he was chief executive officer of Outsourcing Services for North America, a unit he helped to create. In this role, Pryor led a team of 7,000 professionals, half of which were located offshore. In 2005, he was named one of the Top 25 Most Influential Consultants by Consulting Magazine. Previously, Pryor was partner with Ernst & Young Consulting, which he joined in 1997 and which was acquired by Capgemini in 2000. Pryor will join HP on Feb. 15.

“The combination of Onagh’s and Bob’s extensive experience and accomplishments in enterprise software and services makes them valuable additions to the HP Services leadership team,” said McCain. “They will be instrumental in driving growth as we continue to optimize this world-class organization.”
