Maritz Selects HP to Streamline Printing Processes, Lower Costs

PALO ALTO, Calif., June 5, 2007

HP today announced that it has signed a managed print services contract with Maritz, a sales and marketing services company that helps companies achieve their full potential through understanding, enabling and motivating employees, channel partners, and customers.

Under terms of the contract, HP’s Managed Print Services unit will deploy a modular suite of scalable imaging and printing products, supplies, management software and professional services to help St. Louis-based Maritz streamline printing processes and lower costs.

“HP’s capabilities to provide a flexible output production environment made them our clear choice,” said Gil Hoffman, chief information officer, Maritz. “With HP Managed Print Services, we can focus on other areas of our business and ultimately improve our operational efficiencies and return on investment.”

HP works with enterprise customers to provide print management solutions consisting of software, hardware and imaging devices, services and supplies. With HP Managed Print Services, customers can standardize and manage costs above and beyond hardware: they can also reduce risk and complexity by outsourcing the management of their imaging and printing infrastructures.

“As companies like Maritz take control of their imaging and printing infrastructures, they are discovering the value of adopting an efficient managed imaging and printing environment,” said Kris Robinson, vice president, Enterprise and Public Sector –Americas, Imaging and Printing Group, HP. “By selecting HP Managed Print Services, Maritz will benefit from a robust portfolio of services and solutions tailored to their specific needs, allowing its employees to focus more on business and not print management.”
