About This Program: The HP Desktop And Notebook Trade-In Trade Up Program (“Trade-In Program”) Is Organised By HP Inc (Thailand) Limited (“HP”). All Participants To This Trade-In Program Are Subject To These Terms And Conditions Or Such Other Terms And Conditions That HP May Impose (“Terms And Conditions”). HP Reserves The Right At Its Sole Discretion To Terminate Or Modify This Trade-In Program Or To Amend This Terms And Conditions Without Any Prior Notice To All Participants And Without Any Liability To HP. By Participating In This Trade-In Program (By Placing A Trade-In Request And/Or Accepting The Quotation Under Paragraph 2 Below), Participants Are Deemed To Have Agreed To And Accepted These Terms And Conditions And Versions As Subsequently Amended.
"Eligible Product" Means Any New And Original HP Computer. For The Avoidance Of Doubt, HP Reserved The Rights At Any Time During The Program Period To Include And Exclude Any HP Products As Products Eligible Under
This Trade-In Program.
“Trade-In Product” Means PC Computer, Laptop Of Any Manufacturer.
“Trade-In Value” Means The Value In Thai Bhat Of The Trade-In Product As Specified Under Paragraph 6(Vi) Below. The Trade-In Value Will Immediately Used To Set-Off The Price Of The Eligible Product Under The Quotation
Provided By HP To The Participant.
“Trade-In Request” Means The Request Made By The Participant To Participate Under This Trade-In Program In Accordance To This Terms And Conditions.
"End User" Is A Participant Who Purchases An Eligible Product For Own Personal Use And Not For Resale, Re-Supply Or Export.
"HP Direct" Is A Direct Sales Arrangement Between The Participant And HP Thailand Online Store. For Avoidance Doubt, It Does Not Include Purchases That Fall Within Financial Services, Contractual Or Managed Services
"Participant" Means A Thailand Resident Who Purchases An Eligible Product From A HP Direct During The Program Period And Is The End User Of The Eligible Product That Participate In This Trade-In Program. HP, Its Related
Bodies Corporate, Resellers Of HP Products And Any Agencies Associated With This Promotion Their Employees And Those Employees' Immediate Families Are Ineligible To Participate.
"Program Period" Is A Period Where The Trade-In Program Will Be Effective. This Trade-In Program Will Be Effective From 15th December 2020 And Shall Serve As An Ongoing Or Continuing Program For The Participant
Until HP Terminates The Program. HP May Terminate This Program At Any Time At Our Discretion And Without Notice.
2. Program Procedure: To Participate In This Trade-In Program, The Participant Must:
a) Place A Trade-In Request By Contacting The Call Centre At 1800-012-214 Or Any Other Number Designated By HP From Time To Time
b) The Participant Is Required To Provide Details Of The Eligible Products And Trade-In Product(S) Via Email As Instructed By HP. The Details Required By HP Includes But Not Limited Tothe Picture Of The Working Trade-In
Products, The Description And Specifications Of The Trade-In Product And Other Details That In HP Opinion Is Necessary For HP To Evaluate And Validate The Trade-In Products
c) After Completing The Validation And Evaluation Process Of The Trade-In Product, HP Will Confirm And Communicate The Trade-In Value To The Participant Containing The Quotation On The Price Of The Eligible Product
(Which Has Been Set-Off By The Trade-In Value) (“Quotation”)
d) In The Event Where The Participant Accept The Quotation By HP, HP/Participant Shall Proceed With The Purchase Of The Eligible Products Based On HP Standard Terms And Conditions.
