Rated 1 out of 5 by Harj from Faulty machine with poor response from HP I have had the laptop for a year and it has failed 5 times in that period. The motherboard was changed within the first 3 months and has now had to be changed again. No explanation of why and no acceptance that the machine is faulty. HP refuse to swap the machine or offer an appropriate alternative. When it works it is good and I hope it is now repaired.
