Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Dfficulties of Buying Online Easy enough to buy on line but delivery was days later. Not convenient when one is in need of a printer. Set up was not straightforward. Various drivers and software needed to be installed but this was not informed in the setup. The worst part of buying online was that there is no HP programme for taking back the old printer. I had to pay for a 3rd party to collect/dispose of the old printer. If you can collect used cartidges for your instant ink programme, why not for other equipment?

Also, it is hard to procure the 924 ink cartridges; many shops don't carry them. Not worth the compromise (cost wise) from other HP printers that use the 965X ink...

I was pleasantly surprised at the smooth ordering process and speedy delivery. Printer setup was also equally smooth and quick. I'm very happy with my buying experience overall.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Gards from Difficult to set up The printer would not easily synch with my windows laptop although easily synched with my Apple phone. It took hours of reading on line chats / watching videos on how to set up the printer before I finally got to print from my laptop. I had to download an updated printer driver manually - something I believe the software from HP is supposed to do. I found it impossible to get hold of any human to ask help from. My HO smart app still send messages to me in Spanish despite the fact I bought this printer in Singapore where I now live.
