Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good product. Bad experience. I'll be forth front, the 2 star has got nothing to do with the product which is decent and value-for-money so far.. for me. The 2-star is for the overall purchase experience which was bad for me. The purchase qualified me for a free printer but I was denied it because I did not know nor have the time to add the free printer into the cart myself. Imagine having to add a free item into the cart yourself. This really dented the experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 4-stars Laptop was delivered in 2 days. So far both the Windows 11 and hardware work fine. Just I find that the keys from the keyboard is a bit flimsy and plastickish. The power on/off button is not so responsive. Overall I am satisfied and it can meet my need.
