Rated 1 out of 5 by Ann B from No option for eco/draft mode printing This printer does not provide an eco/draft mode printing, and therefore consumes a lot of toner. I got this printer for less than a month, printed less than 300 pages (using only the default normal printing mode) before I received system message to tell me that my toner cartridges for ALL colours were running low! Got onto helpdesk chat with HP, spent 2 hours going back and forth with them only to have them tell me that there is no option for eco/draft mode printing on this printer (my previous HP printer Laserjet MFP m283fdw had this option). I was left with no choice but to order 4 high-yield toner cartridges, which cost MORE than the printer itself. And even with that order, I had issues with the delivery. This printer purchase was extremely regretful.

At a very affordable price to meet our printing, scanning and copying needs. Initial setup was a breeze but still couldn't get the scan to email to work. There isn't specific first setup guide on this setup. Tried to follow the online guide but failed and the error prompt wasn't of much help. Otherwise, it is a good multiple purpose printer.

Is super easy to install, just need to link up with Wifi. Value for money. I yet to check on the number of prints I can do on this printer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by AliceLoh from Faulty product and frustrating customer services Bought online on 5 August 2024 and received delivery within 2 days; really impressive if only the unit is functioning properly. Received a faulty unit where the setting up is extremely difficult and confusing. The feeder is not functioning, the paper got stuck at the feeder and the printer just "hung" and stopped working. The HP customer services are extremely frustrating both using the WhatsApp and email channels. After numerous back and forth with photographs as evidence for the faulty unit, I have yet to receive confirmation on the delivery of the new replacement unit, even though I received the email endorsing the replacement. Extremely frustrating and infuriating with this purchase. For sure I will not recommend HP printers for any future purchase, unless I got back my rightful brand new replacement unit and receive satisfactory and proper customer service.
