Rated 1 out of 5 by from Deliver Faulty Cartridge yet still no follow up after I made a report to HP. One of the cartridges is faulty. Even though I made a report to HP yet no reply nor call from HP. The person who received my call told me he will ask the representative to follow up asap yet no action for more than a week. Very disappointed with the service level and the product. This is 2nd time HP delivered a faulty cartridge. Please call me asap and send me a replacement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad experience Installed the cartridge and the printer prompted the error message. Didn’t manage to resolve the technical issue on my current printer despite buying another used printer to install the new cartridge with the same error message.
