Rated 1 out of 5 by MK40 from feel disapponted on the sales and support team's customers' experience. 1. sales person recommanded a carepack that is wrong, not valid for the product I purchase. 2. it took month for this issue to be discovered and informed to me. 3. After I have paid the top up for the new care pack, there was no link between the sales and teh support team, still sending reminder to me for the payment!
