Rated 1 out of 5 by from Day1 needs to open two case / tickets with HP HP Support could have been better, coming from Apple it's like nightmare. Day1 warranty of this product showing start date year before my purchase date... and guess what after raising a ticket / case for more than week, it isn't reflected in the HP portal for me. However numerous support folks gave assurance that this will fix in next 24 to 48 hours. Day2, Webcam stop working, need to raise another ticket /case and this time it’s a software glitch that got fixed by BIOS upgrade. From Day 1 onwards the system connected to my external monitor and keyboard never used the laptop on its own. And the very first day I took it out for work. With the first hour it got so warm / hot that it's unbearable to type or rest your palm on it. Raised new ticket / case, this time without saying much the agent raised request for heat sync and fan replacement. Now the point to reflect, it is exactly one week-old laptop, and it needs parts replacement. When I asked the agent to replace the laptop instead. I got a response that only when the laptop is completely unusable that's the situation HP replace policy triggers. Coming from Apple ecosystem, this above line was a shocker. So do your research before purchasing this machine, there is no going back here!
