Whether it’s working to help boost the marketing effectiveness of SMBs or streamlining the workflow of enterprise customers, HP’s new range of printing solutions promises something for everyone.

Building on its no. 1 position in the Asia Pacific printing market (excluding Japan), the launch introduces HP’s broadest ever range of printing solutions for small businesses and enterprise customers.

“As market leader, HP is continuing to drive innovation across its core printing business in addition to providing greater value beyond the device,” said Herbert Koeck, Vice President, Commercial Printing, Imaging and Printing Group, Hewlett Packard Asia Pacific.

For the small business sector, this added value is focussed on helping “our SMB customers improve their marketing effectiveness, increase productivity and better manage their business, all while allowing them to level the playing field against larger sized businesses,” Koeck said.

While for enterprise customers, according to Bruce Dahlgren, Senior Vice President, Global Enterprise Business, Imaging and Printing Group, the focus is on helping “…customers optimise their infrastructure, manage their environment and improve workflows”.

Driving down costs


HP Officejet Pro L7590 All-in-One

For small businesses, the launch includes 25 new printing solutions focused on making it easier, faster, and more affordable for companies to market their business, including the opportunity to create and print exactly what they need in-house.

The new HP Officejet Pro L7000 All-in-One Series delivers professional color quality and up to 50 percent lower color cost per page than comparable laser printers.(1)
The HP Color LaserJet CP1510 Printer Series (HP Color LaserJet CP1515n/CP1515ni) delivers outstanding print quality for brochures, flyers, and presentations with newly formulated HP ColorSphere toner. It has a wider range of colors, higher gloss and improved photo resolution.

The HP Color LaserJet CP6015 printer series creates color documents up to A3 size with advanced finishing features, including booklet maker, stapler and banner printing to deliver in-house marketing and publishing capabilities in the office.

One device does it all


HP LaserJet M1319f MFP


New HP business inkjet and monochrome LaserJet multifunction printers (MFP) offer productivity enhancing features in one device. HP’s lowest-priced monochrome HP LaserJet M1319f MFP not only prints, it also scans, copies and faxes.

The feature-rich HP Officejet J6400 All-in-One printer/flatbed scanner/copier/fax has embedded wired and wireless networking and automatic two-sided printing.

The Officejet J4580 All-in-One delivers the convenience of printing, copying, faxing and flatbed scanning in one device and high quality color documents for less than lasers when used with HP Officejet inks. (2)


HP has also introduced two high performance MFPs for medium to larger enterprises. The HP Color LaserJet CM6040 MFP series is HP’s top-of-the-line color laser MFP and includes A3 printing, advanced finishing options, robust security and the HP Easy Select Control Panel.


The HP LaserJet M9040/M9050 MFP series is designed for departments of 30 to 50 users and focuses on high-volume, cost-effective printing, copying, scanning and optional faxing; digital sending and automatic duplex printing capabilities.


HP also introduced its first dedicated enterprise departmental-class scanner, the HP Scanjet N9120 Document Flatbed Scanner, providing fast A3 scanning, 50ppm and versatile paper handling with an automatic document feeder.

Streamlining workflows for enterprises

HP’s expanded new portfolio includes a suite of solutions to help enterprise customers improve workflows, reduce costs and enhance productivity, through new ways of managing, securing and simplifying their imaging and printing environments.

For example, the HP Controlled Cost Printing allows enterprises to effectively manage, track and recover costs of printing usage by department or by individual users, through multiple types of billing, from pre-paid cards and debit applications, to per-user charge-backs.

For companies dealing with many customer accounts, the HP Account Opening Solution automates most of the manual processes for document capture and processing, simplifying the average account opening process from seven to two days.

The HP Output Management Solution works for customers such as those in manufacturing, distribution and top security environments, to reliably and securely dispatch critical documents to multiple destinations like print, email and wireless devices, as well as track, manage, secure and control access to top security documents.

Better efficiencies for partners

And its not just HP customers that benefit from the launch, with new offerings for HP channels and partners.

The revitalized HP Solutions Business Partner Program (SBP) for example, provides HP partners with unprecedented access to the newest HP and partner technology, delivering the most advanced solutions to the customer environment. A new accreditation program has also been included – the first of its kind in the industry - to accredit partners’ internal processes, review designs and certify solutions.

The program also provides partners with the HP Imaging and Printing Open Extensibility Platform, the next generation of solution development kits, employing a new web services-based framework that allows developers to tailor their software for industry specific needs.

Two new partner levels have also been introduced to the HP Office Printing Channel Program, to enable channel partners to better address enterprise customer needs.

HP also extended the reach of its 0 million “What Do You Have To Say?” global interactive marketing campaign which showcases how 3M worked with HP to globally reduce its device count by 47 percent and save more than million in just two years.

It's all part of HP’s Print 2.0 strategy for small businesses and enterprises – connecting customers to the tools and resources they need to create and print content how, where and when they want.
