We bought the laptop, placed it in a laptop bag in a protective case, never dropped it, and there is damage to the case of the laptop, so obveiously the laptop is way to sensative. I have used HP for years and this is the first time this has ever happended. Since HP is claiming that we dropped a day old laptop, when it was sent in to be reviewed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful and Slim Have very much enjoyed the HP Omen 16 so far, the 2K & 240Hz screen is amazing for gaming and general use. A well specced laptop, while still being sleek for every day use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Laptop, Questionable Delivery I'm giving this a four star for two reasons : 1) It was delivered within 2 days, but just left at my door for a few hours (no courier signature required). 2) I was told it had an IR camera so I could use Windows Hello, but it turns out that it doesn't have the required camera and have to revert to the antiquated password method now. Barring those two things, it's been great so far. Runs smoothly and quietly. Pity there is so much crap installed (like VPN software and McAfee) but you can delete them.
