Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfectly Designed Laptop for Business SMEs Apart from your selected courier service (3rd-party) that didn't deliver before promised deadline, everything is fine. HP customer service (both Kay and tele folks) are VERY helpful. No worries. I will continue recommend HP for business use (selected models) but I definitely won't recommend the deadline presented on the website for next customer. Site-note: 1) Please don't build too many soldered-on RAM / SSD on business type laptop. It's extremely difficult to maintain this type of laptops across the firm. 2) Business folks wants stability and maintainability, not fancy 1-time use stuff. For the latter, go mess with consumer market like gaming or personal use.
