Rated 2 out of 5 by from Constant connection difficulties. The printer does a fantastic job printing. It is quick and quiet... When it works. I have had nothing but headaches with getting this printer to actually connect with my computer or my phone. I have had to restart all devices, uninstall and reinstall the software, and troubleshoot nonstop. As I mentioned it has potential to be a great printer, if it would connect as it is supposed to. The best feature is the copier since you don't have to be connected to a device. I would have loved to give this printer 5 stars, but I am too frustrated with not being able to use the it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth my money Overall, a great printer. I tried to print photos using glossy paper, it turns out great. I was able to print document by sending it to the printer's e-mail, it was very efficient. However, there was a bit delay for like 1-2 minutes when I tried to print document from my phone through wi-fi.
