Poor wireless connectionI bought this printer around a month, printing quality is good, but we having intermittent issues with laptop to printer wireless communication where the file not able to send for print. However it is no issue with smartphones.

Keep spooling for heavy printingEasy to install and use but find it hard to grasp the wireless function. The print result was OK, not terrible but not good as well. The wireless printing a bit dissapointing, as it cannot handle heavy printing, had to print bit by but in order to avoid spooling. The scan and photocopy function are OK and acceptable. Overall, it suit my need for home /family usage.

Difficult to connect to office laptopNot really easy to use as expected where i having difficulties to connect to my office laptop and only can use mobile to print.

Worst printer.I bought the printer 8 month ago, printing output with some faded line (from the 1 week i using this printer). I've tried all the steps from HP support team, it still never fix the issue (I think is the printhead issue, but IT team ask me keep trying).
Few day ago, i was upset with this defect unit (the ink tank is full due to the printing problem, i can't proceed a good print.), however, i try to contact with IT support, guest what? They ask me to try all the step i've tried before, so funny.
End up, HP send me a new unit of the printer, i just receive by today and feel so happy.After that, I follow all the instructions to install again, its work.
But just for few good print only??! So disappointed.
My conclusion is: sometime paper stuck in the tray ( i mean problem with loading paper ) , the printhead definitely got problem.

Do not buyBy far this is the worst printer ever been made. Only few days of usage and errors keeps occurring one by one. Printer starts to miss print lines of black ink, then it only prints half page pic. And always has cartridges error. I have tried to rests the printer multiple times to get it fixed after that it only prints one correct page then it fails to do so.
Besides, I have tried each and every HP IT team suggested solution to get it fix non worked for me

the worst printer ever!!!!Bought it few months already. Errors keep coming up for no reason while printing.
