Rated 3 out of 5 by from "Disappointing Printer: Costly Accessories Drain Your Wallet!" I purchased this printer brand and, unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfying. The real disappointment lies in the exorbitant prices of the accessories, especially when compared to my previous Brother printer. To put it into perspective, I've already spent three times the cost of a new printer on just the ink (915xl)! The pricing strategy of HP, particularly the jaw-dropping cost of the 915xl-Black at RM181.74 and the trio of 915xl-Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta at RM98.69 each, adds up to a staggering total of RM452.20. Considering that the printer itself costs around RM800, it raises questions about the sustainability of this purchasing model for customers. This experience has left me wondering about HP's customer-centric approach and whether they truly consider the long-term satisfaction of their customers. The high accessory prices, especially for essential items like ink, make it difficult for users to sustain their loyalty. In conclusion, while the printer may have its merits, the pricing structure of the accessories significantly diminishes the overall value and leaves customers like me with a sense of regret. A more customer-friendly approach to pricing accessories would undoubtedly enhance the overall satisfaction and loyalty of HP printer users.
