At the end, my problem still cannot solve it and also the battery take 1 hour to get full from 99% to 100% izit possible? Also from your customer service side, reply due the ageing battery so this will happen~ Hello, i just bought few day only mean HP send old thing to the customer?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Screen and performance can be better. This laptop is ok for the performance, there should be a new bios update to bring full power for the 3050ti to 80w at least, not 75w. Screen can be better in terms of response rate, 14ms is a little steep compare to competitors where 7ms is a thing for their budget range. Processor power should also be allowed to be used in its fullest potential instead of capping at 3100mhz for the ryzen 7 5800h. Also the ports can be improved in terms of performance and amount. Build wise is alright.

Dont buy if you are looking for a light weight laptop to bring around and work in a cafe, it is very heavy and has plastic chassis.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great specs for its price Ryzen 5 5600h coupled with RTX 3050 made the laptop a really powerful gaming device. I could run triple AAA games like Witcher 3 at high settings and still keep the 60 fps, the 100% sRGB coverage display is noticeable if you've upgraded from a 45% NTSC everything just stands out more. Talking about display, I've spent around an hour being amazed on how smooth my mouse response is during a CSGO match because of the 144hz refresh rate. The keyboard is quiet and feels nice to type on due to the spacing of each keys and the touchpad is the best I've had the pleasure to own yet. I would also like to mention on how great the audio quality is, it's loud and have some bass to it - but an earphone/headphone would still be preferable during gaming. Nonetheless, HP has some drawbacks I've noticed - one of them being the software. It's impossible to cap the battery and you are not allowed to modified it on the BIOS setting, your battery health will degrade over time if always kept plugged in. (Seriously HP's BIOS setting is utterly disappointing with very limited options) Another thing is the thermals on this laptop, It's not as good as I'd like and the fans could be noticeably loud during intensive gaming, and sometimes I would worry about the CPU hitting 85-90C. I would recommend a cooler because of that. Oh, and the screen wobbling? It's there, but seriously, not a big deal. Just stop the wobbling with your hand if you decided to go beast-mode on your table.
