Questions and Answers

I have this product. I connect that to "HP EliteBook 930 g9" and two 4K displays "LG 27UL550". But I cannot power two 4K displays. One is powered 4K(3840×2160)@30hz. But other one is powered only WQHD(2560×1440)@60hz. I cannot change rate to 30hz.
