Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have been a Loyal HP customer for the past 10 years but am disappointed after purchasing this laptop, The first unit I received had heating issue. Laptop heats too much, Mostly sits above 90 to 100 degrees while high performance gaming, I asked for a replacement unit and received a Unit that was worse than before which had faulty fans running at Max Speed 24/7 and the right speaker crackles, I had high hopes with this laptop , I don't understand how a reputed company like HP makes faulty devices in their premium lineup of Laptops
