Rated 3 out of 5 by from 5 star performance and 2 star for everything else Well, I was this close to buying The Alienware x15R2 but then I noticed that you get the same spec in 80k or so less so why not Omen. I'll not mention any technical information becuse there are hundreds of websites that offer different technical and benchmark comparison. My review would be more of a general user experience who has used gaming laptop over last 10 years. Performance - performance is top notch. I have not played lots of games but Sniper elite 5 on max setting runs smoothly and there was no stuttering of frames or nothing. Screen/keyboard - screen is very crisp with display and quite bright. The 165hz refresh rate does make difference. Keyboard has the most satisfying click sound and ofcourse all the keys can be set to different colors. Design - having used Dell for such a long time I must say this HP Omen design looks very bland to my test. I mean I have seen Sony waio business laptop with better design. BE CAREFUL, The hinge that connects the screen to body is not that strong and is never stable if you are in a room with ceiling fan operating at 3 or more. Good enough number of ports for connection, 32 gb Ram works like a charm. What I did not like is that despite being so costly it does not have a fingerprint sensor or support to Windows hello, frustrating ! Overall, I bought it for gaming and RTX 3070i 8GB ticks all the boxes that I expected but definitively a compromise on style and some gimmicks like fingerprint sensor and windows hello.

Can I add 1TB M.2 SSD for more storage in this laptop? or can I replace current 1TB SSD with 2 TB new SSD ? Is there extra slot available for adding one more SSD ? Can I upgrade RAM to 64 GB ?

Is the display g sync enabled?
