Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Design Very poorly designed. Eg. It has two slots to Charge laptop. And both the slots are on the same side. The camera shutter is placed in such a place that when you want to open the screen lid it will pinch in your thumb or finger. The keypad has very badly placed small keys. Eg PG Up/ down are so thin and placed with arrow buttons that most of the times one would end up pressing wring button. Home buttons & End button are placed at a place where you can not use one hand to use them both together (Eg in MS Word or PDF Docs)

My laptop configuration was delayed for 10 days due to non-response by HP. Moreover, this is when I am a corporate buyer purchasing the laptop for business purposes. When more than 100's laptops are procured together by my company. Forget about their response when you purchase for personal use.

Even thi Laptop is OK but following recommendations are suggested for improving quality. 1. LAN Port is not there. 2. Wireless range is very low. In my old Acer laptop i never felt issue due to wireless range. Even this laptop is of very upgraded hardware, I am very much disappointed due to its poor wireless range. Please arrange to resolve the issue as laptop is under 3 years OEM warranty.

Please clarify that the RAM can be expandable, also SSD can be expandable.

The laptop comes with 8 GB DDR4-3200 MHz RAM installed that can be expanded up to 64 GB by adding compatible memory modules. The laptop has two SODIMM slots, and each slot can support a maximum of 32 GB RAM. For the storage, the laptop has a 512 GB PCIe NVMe TLC SSD pre-installed. You can replace this with a higher capacity SSD if needed. The laptop also has an additional M.2 PCIe NVMe slot for adding another SSD. Please note that any upgrades or changes to the laptop's internal components must be done by a qualified technician or authorized service provider to avoid warranty issues or damage to the laptop.
