Product doesn't workI am very unhappy with this purchase. The dongle doesn't work at all. The laptop shows that the the USB (dongle) connected has malfunctioned. Also it seems like an old item as there was some dirt and rust in the dongle storage place. Didn't expect to receive such substandard product from HP.

substandard product HP X1000 Wireless HeadsetThe product wasn't working and so I had to give it to the local HP service centre. the other weird issue was that the headset did not have a serial number due to which I couldn't register it online. maybe because it wa a grey market and substandard product. this is not expected from HP
