Rated 1 out of 5 by Ramprasad123 from Pathetic product, insane customer experience Pathetic! Such a disaster for Apple Mac ecosystem. Wasted my money, and this device does not support a simple dual monitor setup for Mac. Their customer care is not reachable and the IVRS goes in circles without an option to reach tech support for this product. The product specs are deceptive, now I have spent money on a device that does not work as mentioned in the specs.
