Rated 2 out of 5 by from WRONG DESCRIPTION ON BOX HAVE REALTEK IN STEAD OF B&G WAS PROBABLY THE FIRST ONE TO BUY PRODUCT. COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIME FOR AUDIO DISTORTION ON LEFT SPEAKER. WAS OFFERED A CHANGE. I JUST REALIZED I WAS GIVEN REALTEK SOUND . HOWEVER ON THE BOX IT SAYS B&G.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT THE RIGHT FIT FOR BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS I got this laptop with the hope that it will be the right fit for my daily business needs but it’s not. Couple of issues which a business person has to keep in mind, First the webcam is the worst and has a lot of lags, it doesn’t work properly in ZOOM and MICROSOFT TEAMS, Many times the system gets a hand and you need to hard reset the system (means chances are there you are going to lose any unsaved work), touchpad (it’s too sensitive), amazingly the HP service center will not able to suggest any place from their authorized sales channel from where you can upgrade the RAM and HDD and it's heavy. I’m not sure if they can take it back and refund it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16-f1003TU disappointed me. I bought HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16-f1003TU dated 03/08/2022. This laptop comes with the Stylus. After buying the laptop I am using the stylus only 10 times and it created a big problem. Stylus created 3 to 4 scratches in the display. After saving a lot of money, I bought this laptop and it disappointed me. I contact with HP via email, WhatsApp, tollfree number 1800 258 7170. They told me you On-site 1 year warranty is normal warranty. It is not under the accidental warranty. So they can not take my complain and if I want to change my laptop screen I have to spend extra money. So if you thought for painting and writing purpose you want to buy this laptop, it not a good choice. If you want laptop with big display and touch screen, it is nice choice. Battery remains 7 hours when you are using this for normal work.

How to get the laptop replaced? We purchased hpe spectrum in October 2022. To this date we have struggled with the crash issue, getting support, driving to get the issue checked etc. We are annoyed without resolution.

Is HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16-f1003TU comes with OLED. In HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop OLED Touch 16-f1009TX OLED is clearly mentioned but in 16-f1003TU onlt FHD mentioned. This it is requested to clarify the same.
