Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product however not great sales and after Sal Even though I have owned HP spectre earlier, I have no issues with the laptop however the sales and after sales expeirence were not in great taste. The sales team (Shruthi) was only interested in sale and did not entertain any queries on the Care Pack bought. After the 3 year warranty was provided there was no news on the Antivirus and Accidental protection which was paid for until I enquired about it a month later. Not a great expeirence to stick with HP except for their product which is good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad buy; crash issue is very frequent and hence unworkable; support is very poor We have purchased the laptop "HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 (3Y838AV)" on 29th 2022. Have been observing issues from the month that we purchased till now. Have logged many cases so far for the crash issue. Every time we log a case, the support team will change a part and crash will back again. The actual issue is never root caused. HPE support in India is outsourced to TVS Electronics and they are not able to root cause the issue so far. Every time we end with this issue, we spend hours together from our end to get the issue fixed, and so far it has not gotten fixed. We have tried to get the issue fixed from HPE support, but unfortunately, they are unable to fix. We would like to get real support for once with LAPTOP REPLACEMENT.

The Product is good, I have not faced any overheating issue and the battery backup / screen time i got is around 4 hours 20 mins with moderate usage. The provided pen (as mentioned in the website as --> "Zenvo Pen Nightfall Black wCable worth â‚ą 3,999") is defective and no charging cable with the pen is given. Contacted HP for this issue several time but nothing is done in last 7 days. poor after-sales service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, though slightly pricey Bought this laptop for my regular use both at work and home. It's very compact and light. Seems to be performing great as of now. The only downside I see is that there are very few ports available. However, this can be easily taken care of by using a docking station / universal hub or port replicator. All in all, a great buy, though a tad on the expensive side.

Battery life is also super..goes on for easy 10 hours on a single charge. I am really happy that I went for HP exchange and upgraded to the new HP Spectre.

The oled panel is lovely, the keyboard is the best, the processor is very nice, the login is very fast, the camera is nice but the battery life is very disappointing. At max, I get 4-5 on lowest brightness HDR off power saving on. When new FULL CHARGE CAPACITY was 67,210 mWh and within 15 days it deteriorated to 64,000 mWh. I charge it to a max of 85 and a minimum is 20 still it is deteriorating very fast. I am very sad on seeing it degrade very quickly

So in my 15 days of use, the laptop is good, Keyboard is the best, the processor is powerful, not much heating issue, OLED is lovely, build quality is excellent. The only disappointing thing is battery life, in my 15 days of moderate use battery life deteriorated from 67,210 mWh when new to 64000 mWh now and it is still deteriorating. I get battery backup of only 4-5 hours on lowest brightness hdr off and power saving on .very sad about this. The battery is a very important aspect of a laptop and paying 1.5 lacs and battery issues are very disappointing. Tried everything to conserve power nothing works. The camera is nice, wake-up and login are very fast, but the battery life is very disappointing.

Oled panel is great. but battery life is very disappointing. When the laptop was new, I got 67,210 mWh full charge capacity now after 15 days of moderate use its down to 64000 mWh and is deteriorating day by day i am really concerned and sad. I charge maximum to 85-87 and minimum to 18-20 still its deteriorating very fast

I am currently using this product (in Nocturne Blue color) and I want to share a detailed review for the same Camera - 5/5 Absolutely amazing camera, for the first time I found a 5MP camera in a laptop. Plus I use face login on this since this has IR camera. There are a lot of in-built AI features that HP has introduced and I absolutely love the Autoframe feature while I am taking zoom meetings, the camera always keeps me in the center even if I am shifting around. Performance - 5/5 Running super smooth and it wakes up in seconds, since I dont have a lot of patience when coming to work. And it goes on for pretty much 10-12 hours on a single charge, which is actually really good in reality. I havent really played any games, but I do some video and photo editing work on this and it runs pretty smooth - also tested out the free Adobe softwares which comes with it. Best part it doesn't heat at all; and the fan noise can be customized in the settings through smart sense. Form factor - 5/5 I do like to Netflix and chill, so I use the device in tent mode since it is a convertible and I end up using touch a lot while scrolling through apps and emails in outlook. Super smooth experience. It also comes with a pen in the box and it is magnetic! These super small things really help build on the experience. Display - 5/5 Stunning diplay since it is OLED and also 3:2 aspect ratio..just overall feels very premium. I was comparing it with my older HP device which was non-OLED and the difference is very noticeable. Colors are brighter, sharper, more vivid. Also, it is anti-reflection so while I am out traveling; I can see the display in bright sunlight as well. Extra features I have used Photomatch feature in HP Palette while making some videos and it works as seamlessly as Google photos feature in phone. Laptops are getting upgraded, super news for all creators out there. And one more thing to be called out is AI noise cancellation, really helps while on video/audio calls..people on the other side have actually noticed a difference and called it out. So overall pretty satisfied with the experience. HP is doing some pretty great stuff in their new devices.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from mr The worst laptop ever. My previous HP used to heat up a lot, but I thought it was a mid-range machine, so that was normal. But this Spectre is no good either. Whether I set it on Performance of Battery Saver mode, the fans spin up so loud it distracts me from my work. Just five open Chrome tabs and the machine heats up - the keyboard is really hot, and the screen is just not bright enough.

Its boots up and after that boom, display become black and I can not do anything. I raised a complain and no response till now :( I asked to replace the unit however that would take 10-15 days. I am expecting to use the laptop immediately and see the service and product quality. Not par with any basic vendor in-fact pathetic service and product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for On the go! “Very sleek, light weight and beautiful” Screen in 3:2 ratio so I preferred this pc for work based, but netflix/movies experience therefore is not great because of black borders with this ratio. Battery seems good for overall day with Light-Medium Usage in between. Don’t consider if you’ll be wanting to play high graphics games as this pc is not for great performance but balanced, but greatly portable. Airvents and speakers are at bottom which kicks fans easily when used on irregular surfaces. Keyboard is very stylish with a massive trackpad. No 120Hz display but only 60, however 100% DCI P3 Display & HDR is available (but just not certified) Oh! This notebook is as equal as A4 size paper(you’ll definitely fall for its form factor!).
