Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth this product Recently i bought this product. print quality is good. otherwise paper tray is not worth, spinning wheel is damaging the out come paper. open close top tray every time when i close is stuck and touch display not working properly, if i select many times its not works, always getting print error after restarting my lap its working. and always getting paper jam. but paper is not jam the error code is coming. scanning resolution maximum 300 Dpi one of the worst printer i bought from HP now i am thinking.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Printer. Do Not Buy HP Smarttank. Pathetic HP Printer Service. Buy Epson Ecotank instead. The Hp products are never reliable, being a buyer of several products myself. They get serious technical hardware problems immediately after the warranty expires. And if there are problems during warranty the support agent will give you enough excuses and won't replace what supposed to be replaced. They are trained perfectly for this dodging with the customers. Not to mention the world class call support of Hp, to purchase there is direct call support option but for problem/technical support there is none. The websites keep directing you to different pages but won't direct you to an agent on call. Incident narrated is a personal experience. Maybe you won't agree with my experience, extremely fine, however, I too read the ratings and bought this product over here. Now I face the music of replacing another printer after 1 year and 1 day of purchase. Buy at your own risk.

It is a very good printer no guide book service manual was provided with it they are must be a guide book in Hindi and English with full detail. And there is a confusion misleading advertisement. This painter cannot scan and print legal paper. We can only use A4 size printing on legal paper also. LCD screen is very small and black and white. No indicator on power button

Please note, duplex printing can be done even in Wi Fi mode,provided your laptop/desktop is WiFi enabled and this serves my purpose of Home Office with minimum cable connectivity. Scanning or copying is smooth even when you are using the printer directly without logging your laptop/desktop. Your investment in HP Smart Tank 790 WiFi Duplexer will not go wrong. Go for this printer, if you can afford it .

Wifi printing is like butter. If you switch ofc your printer after use, then you got to give it sometime after switching it on to connect to Wifi and start operating.

Very little features in the app. Printer often not discoverable on network. The app is horrible and unresponsive. Slow printing, scanning. The service is the worst. The technicians know absolutely nothing about printers and want to close the case without service.
