Overall the performance and print quality is good but many times I have to restart 3 or 4 times to get the printer up and running even after it is properly shutdown, I couldn't figure out the reason. The power switch keeps blinking for a long time, In the app the printer shows its ready but you cant get it working.

Paper loading is from the back, which is inconvenient, and there isn't much space for many sheets, so they run out frequently. You have to keep moving the printer to add more pages. Because the paper tray for loading sheets is small, the pages stick together, causing paper jams. In the end, I'm really sorry I bought this printer and I recommend not buying it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Power service I bought this printer online as suggested by the HP Salesperson. When i try to configure HP Smart App, it will never finish the setup. Have to raise multiple complaints to get a technician. He was able to fix the issue after his second visit. I was also told by the HP sales person that I will get 1 year extended warrantee, which I did not get. Also, my warranty says that I have purchased the product in Mar and in reality i purchased it in Jun.

when we do not use this printer for 6 months then it will print paper or ink will dry and it will not do printing .
