Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good one, excellent connectivity, output is slow Excellent product, working flawless, connects to WiFi within seconds of it starting up, takes up the printing job within seconds of ordering it, only drawback is it’s a little slow in output but I think that’s how an ink tank is supposed to be. Excellent thing to own especially when ur kids are at home (pandemic times) with lots of home work being given by the school. My 4 year old daughter loves the color print outs she gets :)

Also the quality of the color print out in best mode should be more vibrant while i compare with the quality of similar printer from Brothers company. Overall HP wireless printer of this model is good and i bought HP because of support availability unlike other brands. Also Auto duplex function is missing which should get add-on to this series as thats quite useful and needed feature by customers and are available in some lower model(s)

The HP (contract) installation engineer do not have proper software installation experience and done some messing of loading 7-8 printer icons on the desktop. No response from HP even after complaint.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does not include these features -which is required Does not include these features -which is required Firstly, its a great product in terms of printing quality, value for printing no of pages. But some features which are not included are(and which is a must in any modern printers and which reduces the pain of printing) 1. It does not have 2 sided printing - It does have but, you will have to first print the odd numbered pages first , them feed the same paper again and then print the even numbers, which is a pain if you have more than 20 to 30 pages at time to print. It does not have the feature to print 2 sided directly when you give a print of the document. Believe me its PAIN.... 2. Scan to Laptop(Mac) from the printer - Well, it does have scan feature from the Hp App, from mobiles, laptops etc, but the feature to scan from the printer to the Mac laptop is not available. If you want a document to be scanned by placing it on the glass feeder to you laptop(Mac). The printer does not even recognize the laptop. Sometimes it is difficult to live with not having this feature. 3. 2 sided copy - Again, it automatically does not copy 2 sided, there is no option for it. You will have to copy the 1st page then again insert the same page to the feeder in an upside manner to print the 2nd page. its a pain making a copy of more than 20 pages. It defeats the purpose of a modern printer with the above features not included. Now that I have bought the printer, need to live with not having these features. Hope the above feedback helps while you make a decision. I had a old Hp Deskjet printer, which had all these features and worked seamlessly but the cartridge for this printer was on the expensive side and was Rs1 per print, hence i had decided to go with a new printer. As the saying goes Old is Gold.....

At times multiple papers come down during printing and photocopy . 4. Paper stand to support and receive ptinted or photocopied papers is too small ,leading to drop/ fall of papers from it . I can't see the line while printing paragraphs or text. and white lines are coming while printing a large area of black while taking print/xerox(attached photo). My friend also purchased the same model, he also got the same issue. 2. Print quality needs improvement because the text contrast level is very low and the text is not sharp & bright
